If for any reason we no longer carry the item or design, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of back-and-forth shipping (shipping your jewelry to us & shipping your jewelry back to you)

To initiate a repair or replacement, we will need a proof of purchase (receipt, order number, lifetime warranty card), no exceptions.
To start a claim, please email support@iceandgold.com with a summary of the damage, all additional information will be helpful (your name, order number, picture of the damage) we will respond within 24-48 hours.
