- All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (after processing)
- Cost: Free Shipping or flat rate if applicable
2. Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (after processing)
- Cost: Varies, depending on weight of the item & customer's address
3. International Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 5-21 business days (varies by destination)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather or customs processing.
Shipping Restrictions
- Ice & Gold is NOT responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments if there are any. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- You can track your order using the provided link.
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Ice & Gold is NOT responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@iceandgold.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make adjustments.
- There will be a $10 restocking fee if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@iceandgold.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Ice & Gold is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs but will help resolve any issues promptly.
- If your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ice & Gold is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, pls follow up with your nearest post office to help find your package.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us immediately at support@iceandgold.com with photos of the damaged package. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
