Shipping Restrictions

  • Ice & Gold is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments if there are any. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • You can track your order using the provided link.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Ice & Gold is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@iceandgold.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make adjustments.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@iceandgold.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Ice & Gold is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs but will help resolve any issues promptly.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at support@iceandgold.com with photos of the damaged package and items within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
