Shipping Restrictions

Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Ice & Gold is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@iceandgold.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Ice & Gold is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs but will help resolve any issues promptly.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at support@iceandgold.com with photos of the damaged package and items within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
