  • ICE & GOLD is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry - Which is why we offer a 1 year guarantee on all purchases, our warranty covers repair or replacement of all functional aspects of your jewelry.
  • What is covered: If your jewelry damages, fades under normal wear, the Guarantee entitles you to a repair or replacement of the piece - free of charge.
  • Our warranty does not cover the replacement of lost, stolen jewelry, water damage or accidental breakage.
  • If for any reason we no longer carry the item or design, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. 
  • Customer will responsible for the cost of back & forth shipping cost (shipping your jewelry to us & shipping your jewelry back to you) 

  • To initiate a repair or replacement, we will need a proof of purchase (receipt, order number, lifetime warranty card) no exceptions.

  • To start a claim, please email support@iceandgold.com with a summary of the damage, all additional information will be helpful (your name, order number, picture of the damage) we will respond within 24-48 hours.
