- ICE & GOLD is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry - Which is why we offer a 1 year guarantee on all purchases, our warranty covers repair or replacement of all functional aspects of your jewelry.
- What is covered: If your jewelry damages, the Guarantee entitles you to a repair or replacement of the piece - free of charge.
- Our warranty does not cover the replacement of lost, stolen jewelry, water damage, or accidental breakage.
- If for any reason we no longer carry the item or design, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of back-and-forth shipping (shipping your jewelry to us & shipping your jewelry back to you)

To initiate a repair or replacement, we will need a proof of purchase (receipt, order number, lifetime warranty card), no exceptions.
- To start a claim, please email support@iceandgold.com with a summary of the damage, all additional information will be helpful (your name, order number, picture of the damage) we will respond within 24-48 hours.
